Lebanese Cooked Saffron Rice

4 measures of rice
2 belly peppers
4 fillets of tomato
6 tbsp. fried onion
500 grams chicken fillet
1 jam spoon half-pounded black cumin
1 jamspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tbsp. black pepper
3 jamspoons Saffron in warm water
Butter Oil

Strain the rice then set is aside. Add pepper and salt on the chicken and heat it with butter. Place fried onion with tomato or fillet and heat them too. After 3 minutes, add other ingredients and mix them well. Lastly, add saffron. Pour other ingredients on the strained rice.
